Fill out the New Client Inquiry Form below to request an account and become a member of Dually and Friends. This will also set up your client portal, making booking quick and easy.
Once we receive your form, we’ll be in touch to schedule your pet care consultation. During your consultation, your pet sitter will dive into your pet portal with you!
While using the client portal isn’t required, it’s where we keep everything organized—scheduling, visit report cards, billing, and more You may also reach out via call/text at 920-530-6234.
